Thank you for initiating an alert, and for helping to strengthen transparency and integrity within the Group. Ethics and integrity are founding values for UPSA and our parent company Taisho.

We promote open communication and dialogue within UPSA Group as well as with our external partners and customers (Stakeholders). The Human Resources Department and the Legal and Compliance Department are at your disposal. In addition, any employee or Stakeholder who becomes aware of violations of the Group Code of Conduct, internal guidelines, internal principles and policies and/or applicable laws and regulations can report their concerns and/or seek advice via this Taisho Group Compliance and Ethics Whistleblowing Line.

UPSA Group ensures that no sanctions or retaliatory measures are taken against persons who have used this Whistleblowing Line in good faith or persons who have assisted the person who reported the matter, even if the facts subsequently prove to be inaccurate or unfounded and/or do not give rise to any prosecution or sanction.

Our collaboration with DQ Helpline facilitates the processing of alerts and guarantees the confidentiality of the data collected. If you wish, you can also remain anonymous when using this Whistleblowing Line.

The system allows reporters to track their reports (even if submitted anonymously) and check whether any responses, updates or requests to provide further details or information have been issued. Accordingly, please save and keep carefully the code you will receive when you validate your report (this code cannot be reissuing nor inquiring, as it is confidential and unique).
